The Federal Public Service Commission presented the GR required documents for the Civil Supply Officer (BS-17) vacancies. The first section will give you the required degrees, fee receipts, certificates, and other documents list. Secondly, there will be the contender’s list who has to submit them.
The contenders will participate in the above job’s descriptive/screening exams. The Commission will review the submitted documents after the Tests. Every applicant gets a deadline of fifteen (15) days for submitting the documents.

GR Required Documents for Civil Supply Officer
Below are documents that the shortlisted participants for the above job have to submit:
- A copy of the Bio-data Form
- Two latest passport-size photographs
- CNIC / Computerized National Identity Card
- SDC / Valid Self Domicile Certificate
- Matric & Intermediate certificates authorized by the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. An equivalence certificate approved by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen for O/A level degree holders.
Minimum Qualification:
- Second Class or Grade C Bachelors degree in Commerce/ Economics/ BBA from a University recognized by HEC.
- Two years post-qualification experience in Administration/ Transportation/ Distribution/ Supply/ Storage/ Marketing of Civil supplies in a Public/well-reputed private organization.
- Degrees, Transcripts, Result-Cards, and DMCs, with study duration, CGPA/ Grade/ Class, and credit hours, with the Result declaration dates for verification purposes. Visit the HEC Exam Controller office to authorize your documents.
- To claim the desired degree’s equivalent, get the equivalence certificate from HEC/PEC/PMC/PMC/PNC. Visit FPSC to attest to those degrees.
- A post-Qualification Experience Certificate consisting of the Job description & exact dates as per the Experience Format (Annex-A available on FPSC’s site) is necessary.
- DPC of a Government worker must include the exact appointment & accepted dates of domicile.
- Attach the Prescribed Form with DPSC Certificate. Attest the form from the Ministry, Division, or Department Head.
- An Original Treasure Receipt has the application fee in a Non-Test Case. Submit this fee before the advertisement ends in the Government treasury or National Bank of Pakistan.
- Registration with HEC/PEC/PMC/PMC/PNC or other associations (if needed).
- If appropriate, the post-qualification experience Certificate with a job description and exact dates according to the detailed Experience Format (Annex-A given on FPSC’s website).
