FPSC Documents List for Assistant Commissioner, Section Officer & Tehsildar

The Federal Public Service Commission has invited contenders for various posts to submit their required documents ahead of their Combined Competitive Examination 2022. The Assistant Commissioner, Section Officer, and Tehsildar vacant positions are available in the Gilgit Baltistan Secretariat. The applicants must submit the said documents before participating in the Interviews.

Below this paragraph, you will get a list including the degrees, fee receipts, certificates, or other documents required, followed by the names of the candidates who will submit them. Each participant has a deadline until 21st December 2022 for submitting the authorized copies of these documents. The Commission will review each document after the Competitive Exams.

Required Documents List

We have provided a documents list required by the shortlisted contenders for the Assistant Commissioner, Section Officer & Tehsildar below:

  • Bio-data Form 
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Computerized National Identity Card
  • Self Domicile Certificate
  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC) (showing date of birth)/Matric and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)/ Intermediate issued by Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. In the case of ‘O’ Level and ‘A’ Level, an equivalence certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen.
  • Required qualification degrees with required experience in the relevant field.
  • Minimum shorthand speed: 100 w.p.m and typing speed: 50 w.p.m. (iii) Must be computer literate.  
  • Degrees, Transcripts, Result-Cards, and DMCs, with study duration, CGPA/ Grade/ Class, and credit hours, with the Result declaration dates for verification purposes. Visit the HEC Exam Controller office to authorize your documents. 
  • To claim the desired Degree’s equivalent, get the equivalence certificate from HEC/PEC/PMC/PMC/PNC. Visit FPSC to attest to those degrees.
  • A post-Qualification Experience Certificate consisting of the Job description & exact dates as per the Experience Format (Annex-A available on FPSC’s site) is necessary.
  • DPC of a Government worker must include the exact appointment & accepted dates of domicile. 
  • Attach the Prescribed Form with DPSC Certificate. Attest the form from the Ministry, Division, or Department Head.
  • An Original Treasure Receipt has the application fee in a Non-Test Case. Submit this fee before the advertisement ends in the Government treasury or National Bank of Pakistan.
  • Registration with HEC/PEC/PMC/PMC/PNC or other associations (if needed).
  • If appropriate, the post-qualification experience Certificate with a job description and exact dates according to the detailed Experience Format (Annex-A given on FPSC’s website).

Due Date to Submit Documents 

Within the next 15 days or until 21st December 2022, the applicants for the Assistant Commissioner, Section Officer & Tehsildar posts can submit their required documents.
