FPSC Announced Required Documents 2022 for Industrial Development Officer

The Federal Public Service Commission announced the list of the required documents for the Industrial Development Officer (BS-16) Post. Firstly, you will get the applicant’s list here, who must submit their qualification degrees, fee receipts, certificates, and other documents. Initially, the participants will appear in the Written/Screening examination of the above post. The management will review their submitted documents before the Interviews. All the applicants have a deadline of fifteen (15) days to submit documents. 

The candidates who will submit the documents and appear in the Interviews will get a chance to get shortlisted by the FPSC. The Industrial Development Officer Post vacancy is available at the ICT Administration, Ministry of Interior. Submit the attested documents by 25th August 2022.

Required Documents for Industrial Development Officer

Here is the list of documents that the shortlisted participants for the Industrial Development Officer (BS-16) Post have to submit:

• Copy of Bio-data Form
• Two latest passport-size photos
• CNIC or Computerized National Identity Card
• SDC or Valid Self Domicile Certificate
• Matric or SSC & Intermediate or HSSC certificates authorized by the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. An equivalence certificate authorized by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen for O/A level degree holders.

Minimum Qualification:

• (i) Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. (ii) Registration with PEC OR Second Class Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/ Physics/ Economics/ Commerce with three years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Degrees, Transcripts, Result-Cards, and DMCs, with study duration, CGPA/ Grade/ Class, and credit hours, with the Result declaration dates for verification purposes. Visit the HEC Exam Controller office to authorize your documents.
• To claim the desired degree’s equivalent, get the equivalence certificate from HEC/PEC/PMC/PMC/PNC. Visit FPSC to attest to those degrees.
• Post Qualification Experience Certificate with a Job description & exact dates as per the Experience Format (Annex-A available on FPSC’s site).
• A departmental Permission Certificate for a Government employee should include the exact appointment & accepted domicile dates. Get the Prescribed Form from the FPSC web and attach it with the DPC certificate. Go to the Ministry, Division, or Department Head to attest to the prescribed form.
• An Original Treasure Receipt with the application fee if the condition is Non-Test Case. Submit this fee before the due date of the advertisement in the Government/State treasury or any branch of NBP/National Bank of Pakistan.
• Registration with HEC/PEC/PMC/PMC/PNC or other institutions (if applicable).
• If applicable, the experience Certificate (Post Qualification) has a job description and exact dates according to the detailed Experience Format (Annex-A available on FPSC’s website).
