The Federal Public Service Commission presented the list of the required documents for the Lecturer (Male) (BS-17) vacancies. The first section will view the required qualification or degrees, fee receipts, certificates, and other documents. Secondly, there will be a list of the candidates who must submit them.
The contenders will appear in the Descriptive or Screening exams for this job. The management will review the submitted documents after the Tests. All the applicants hold a deadline of fifteen (15) days to submit documents.
The candidates who will submit the documents and appear in the Interviews will get a chance to get shortlisted by the FPSC. The Lecturer (Male) vacancies are available at the Directorate of Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantt’s/ Garrisons), Ministry of Defence. Lecturer (Male) Jobs Required Documents for 2022
Here is the list of documents that the shortlisted participants for the above post have to submit:
- Copy of Bio-data Form
- Two latest passport-size photos
- CNIC or Computerized National Identity Card
- SDC or Valid Self Domicile Certificate
- Matric & Intermediate certificates authorized by the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. An equivalence certificate authorized by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen for O/A level degree holders.
Minimum Qualification:
- Second Class Master’s Degree OR equivalent education in the relevant field.
- Degrees, Transcripts, Result-Cards, and DMCs, with study duration, CGPA/ Grade/ Class, and credit hours, with the Result declaration dates for verification purposes. Visit the HEC Exam Controller office to authorize your documents.
- To claim the desired degree’s equivalent, get the equivalence certificate from HEC/PEC/PMC/PMC/PNC. Visit FPSC to attest to those degrees.
- A post-Qualification Experience Certificate consisting of the Job description & exact dates as per the Experience Format (Annex-A available on FPSC’s site) is necessary.
- DPC of a Government worker must include the exact appointment & accepted dates of domicile.
- Attach the Prescribed Form with DPSC Certificate. Attest the form from the Ministry, Division, or Department Head.
- An Original Treasure Receipt has the application fee in Non-Test Case. Submit this fee before the advertisement ends in the Government treasury or National Bank of Pakistan.
- Registration with HEC/PEC/PMC/PMC/PNC or other associations (if needed).
- If appropriate, the post-qualification experience Certificate with a job description and exact dates according to the detailed Experience Format (Annex-A given on FPSC’s website).
