FPSC Notice for Submission of Documents

On 28 April 2021, FPSC published the list of candidates who have to submit their documents against the Principal/Vice-Principal/Headmasters (BS-19) Post. FPSC announced these positions under the Education department, Gilgit Baltistan. However, the commission issued the list of candidates under notification No. F.4-83/2020-R. However, there are 87 candidates who will submit their documents till 12 May 2021 through a registered courier/UMS.

Required Documents

Here is the list of documents that candidates will submit against the Principal/Vice-Principal/Headmasters post.

Bio-data form duly signed & filled-in completely (copy enclosed)
Two latest photographs
CNIC
Matric (SSC) Certificate
Intermediate (HSSC) certificate
Masters degree with B.ed/M.ed
12 years post qualification teaching experience with 3.5 years administrative experience
Transcripts/DMCs of bachelor degree having CGPA/grade/class/date of declaration etc.
Experience certificates with job description
Self domicile certificate
Original Departmental permission certificate in case of govt. employees)

Candidates must send their complete documents to the FPSC on time before the last date. After this, applicants will go under further selection procedure. The purpose of these documents is to scrutinize the documents to check the candidates eligibility. However, the commission will shortlist only eligible and suitable candidates for the post after the completion of recruitment procedure.
