FPSC Notice for Required Documents of Assistant Directors (BS-17) Post

On 5th August 2021, the Federal Public Service Commission listed the required documents for the Assistant Directors (BS-17) post. Also, they have published the details of two hundred & forty-seven (247) contestants who appeared in the Written/Screening (MCQ) Test.

Fifty-five Assistant Director posts were available at the National Accountability Bureau. The FPSC authorities have asked the contenders for these documents to determine their eligibility. All these documents have to be submitted by 20-08-2021.

It is the 1st by the authorities & we are not sure whether they will ask you again or not. If the organization asks, that doesn’t mean that you get finalized for the post. Moreover, it is mandatory to have the name stamp of the attestation/authorization officer on the submitted documents.

Required Documents

The required documents from the candidates above are available below:

  • Copy of filled Biodata form.
  • Two passport-size photographs.
  • Computerized National Identity Card or CNIC.
  • Self Domicile Certificate or SDC.
  • Secondary School Certificate or SSC (Matric) & Higher Secondary School HSSC (Intermediate) certificate attested by Secretary, BISE. If the candidate has an O or A level degree, it is mandatory to have an equivalence certificate from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).

Minimum Qualification:

  • Second class or C grade Master’s degree in Criminology/ Law/ Business Administration/Economics/Computer Sciences/Defense & Strategic Studies from HEC recognized institution. OR B.E or B.Sc. in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical field from HEC recognized University.
  • The time duration of the study period, credit hours with evidence of CGPA/Grade/Class with credit hours, & Result Declaration date must be available on the Degrees, Transcripts, Result-Cards, and DMCs. Moreover, the documents need to be authorized by the Controller of Examination from an HEC recognized institution to verify eligibility.
  • Experience Certificate having job description and all other details.
  • If you are willing to claim the equivalence of your degree, then submit an HEC certificate to FPSC for authorization.
  • Valid Registration with the institutes such as HEC/PEC/PMC/PMC/PNC where applicable (if any).
  • Original Treasury Receipt OTR (submitted before the due date) is required in the Non-Test or Undertaking written test case. You can deposit the fee in the nearest branch of the National Bank of Pakistan or any other attested Bank.
  • A government employee must have an attested Departmental Permission Certificate or (DPC). The DPC certificate with a correct Appointment date & accepted Domicile. Attach this certificate with the attested FPSC Prescribed Form available at the FPSC site. The form must be authorized by the Head of Ministry/Division/Department.

The above-listed participants can submit the required documents by 20th August 2021. After this date, these documents are of no use.
