FPSC List of Required Documents for Assistant District Attorney Post

The Federal Public Service Commission has advertised the list of the required documents for the Assistant District Attorney (BS-17) jobs. Before appearing in the Interview round, the shortlisted candidates must submit those documents to get the expressed job. The Assistant District Attorney vacancy is available at the Office of District Attorney (ICT)Ministry of Interior. 

From the first portion, you will get the degrees, fee receipts, certificates, and other documents required for the above post, followed by a list of shortlisted candidates who will submit them. FPSC reviews each contender’s submitted documents after participating in the Written/MCQ Tests. Each participant has a deadline of 15 days for submitting these documents. Submit the authorized copies of the documents until 9th December 2022.

Documents Required for Assistant District Attorney (BS-17) Post

  • Bio-data Form 
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Computerized National Identity Card
  • Self Domicile Certificate
  • Law Graduate with atleast Three (3) years post-qualification experience as an Advocate/ Dealing with Legal Matters.
  • Detail cause list of dealing cases with Exact Dates as a lawyer duly varied by the Registrar of High Court/concerned court.
  • Degrees, Transcripts, Result-Cards, and DMCs, with study duration, CGPA/ Grade/ Class, and credit hours, with the Result declaration dates for verification purposes. Visit the HEC Exam Controller office to authorize your documents. 
  • To claim the desired degree’s equivalent, get the equivalence certificate from HEC/PEC/PMC/PMC/PNC. Visit FPSC to attest to those degrees.
  • A post-Qualification Experience Certificate consisting of the Job description & exact dates as per the Experience Format (Annex-A available on FPSC’s site) is necessary.
  • DPC of a Government worker must include the exact appointment & accepted dates of domicile. 
  • Attach the Prescribed Form with DPSC Certificate. Attest the form from the Ministry, Division, or Department Head.
  • An Original Treasure Receipt has the application fee in a Non-Test Case. Submit this fee before the advertisement ends in the Government treasury or National Bank of Pakistan.
  • Registration with HEC/PEC/PMC/PMC/PNC or other associations (if needed).
  • If appropriate, the post-qualification experience Certificate with a job description and exact dates according to the detailed Experience Format (Annex-A given on FPSC’s website).
