PPSC Tender Notice #1/2021-22 under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority

On 14th September 2021, Punjab Public Service Commission advertised the Tender Notice No.1/2021-22. We saw this notice in the Express and the Nation Newspaper. The reliable Income Tax & Sales Tax registered firms invite Sealed tenders based on Two envelopes or Single-Stage procedures. All the willing Bidders should submit their Technical and Financial bids under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules-2014.

Important Note:-

According to Punjab Public Service Commission, Lahore:

  • The Opening and Closing dates of Bid are 30th September 2021.
  • The Receiving time of Bids is 11:00 am
  • The Opening time of Bids is Noon.
  • The amount of Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost.
  • In favor of Secretary PPSC, Lahore, the Tender fee is worth 500, and you should note that this money is non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions:

The terms and conditions regarding the Bid are available as follows:

  • The successful Bidders must complete OMR Sheets Items within the particular time and date. The Bidders can provide the above OMR Sheets after issuing the Supply/Purchase Order at the representative address.
  • The Dealers need to mention the Rates of Items both with & without GST.
  • The Items will get supplied and delivered at the address below:

Address: PPSC Head Office, LDA Plaza, 7-Egerton Road, Lahore.

  • The Procuring Agency is eligible to reject all the Bids & Proposals at any time even if they have accepted that Bid earlier under PPRA Rules 35 (1) & (2).

Important note:

The bidding documents that consist of a detailed description of every item obtained are now available in the undersigned office. The same can accept the cost of printing and provision of the document tender fee. As mentioned above, be deposited in favor of Secretary PPSC Lahore through Challan No.32-A in head C03-Miscellaneous Receipts, C038- Others, C03824 Others.
