FPSC PAS/PCS Officers Syllabus
According to the notification, the exam of the Induction of PMS/PCS into PAS will consist of the following types.
- Written test 300 Marks
- Viva voce 100 Marks
Thus, below is the detail regarding the topic and marks distribution for the written test that will be of 300 marks.
FPSC Written Test Marks distribution
The written test for the PMS/PCS into PAS consists of four papers, and each paper will have different marks according to the number of questions and topic. So, below is the detail.
Paper-I: Analytical Abilities (100 Marks)
The paper on analytical abilities will cover the following topics/subjects.
- Analytical Reasoning 50 marks
- Verbal reasoning 50 marks
paper-II: Essay (50 Marks)
In this paper, candidates have to write an essay on the given topic. However, the essay must contain 1200 to 1500 words.
Paper-III: Analysis Paper (50 Marks)
paper-IV: Objective Paper/ MCQs (100 Marks)
In this part, the exam will contain the MCQs from the following topics.
- Economy
- Current Affairs
- Pakistan Affairs
- Public Policy and Governance
